Hi-

I am happy to say that I got a mail saying my I-130 is APPROVED. I want to apply for Green Card but I need to wait for Priority dates for another year and currently I am on H1B visa in U.S

My mother (Permanent Residence) Applied this I-130 in January 2003
Now got approved after more than 6 years.

My Questions
1) Initially I lost hope as the dates were moving very slow, So My mother filed to become Citizen of U.S and going for fingerprinting after 10 days, So since My I-130 has been Approved, Even if she become U.S citizen will that effect my Case?
Because Earlier I came to know that if the filing person(Permanent Residence) become Citizen than we need to apply fresh from Begining

2)I did not got married because as per rule the Permanent Residence can only file for Un-married Son, IF i get married than my case cannot be considered, So since now my I-130 is approved, Can I get Married or Do I need to wait for entire process to complete?

3)Priority dates are not Current for me to take the next step that is I485, So what should I do Now?

Please let me know if i am not clear

Waiting for response

W/regards,

Fay
