I.130 approval

Hi, My mom file for I-130 petition under family cat 3 (married children of US citizen), how long it takes to have I-130 approved. My PD is Nov 2001. My country of birth is Pakistan. Any one who has the similar experience ?. Please share.

Hello,

My PD is September 2001 (fb3). WE almost have the same timeline. Your application is most likely accepted and NVC has it. You need to wait till your PD becomes current. The way visa bulletin is progressing, I would say we have to wait around 9 years of which 7.5 years have passed.

Why don’t we gather all fb3s here?
