I 130 approval question.

I am USC and I have filed for my husband. So far, his fingerprints has been done and we also received the AOS interview date. We have never received any approval on our I130. Do we require I130 approval before AOS interview?

If it was approved they would already have it in their system if they need to verify if your I-130 was approved. So don't worry about it if you do not have a copy to take to your interview. On the other hand the I-130 approval notice is a vitally important document do all you can to obtain a copy for yourself. You never know what the future will hold for you

If you concurrently filed I-130 and I-485, you won't get the I-130 approval till after the interview, so don't worry about it.
