Hi,
I am US citizen since 08/2008. Before few years I file I-130 for my husband who is living out of USA. Few weeks ago I receive approval notice (I-797 Notice of Action) for I-130 that I file. What are the next steps. My attorney is asking for $350 - can I file the papers by myself? And if yes - what I have to do. THanks.
