Please help me here, Just last week I received I-130 approval letter from USCIS for my wife base on PR card asylum based.
My wife and my daughter they are Canadian citizens and they are in Canada. I also filled seperate I-130 for my daugther in March this year. So far I didn't hear anything about my daugther approval. When I filled I-130 this year for my daugther I mentioned about my wife's petition and get approval notice for my wife after 15 days.
Now, what happens next after NVC received her petition?. What happens to my daughter petition? Do I have to call USCIS to request about my daugther approval she is only 19 months old.?
I filled for my wife I-130 in March 2006 and for my daugther in March 2009.
How long they have to wait for immigrant visa. By the way, I will file my citizenship papers in May this year.
Please help me if possible.
