I-130 Applied for Married Son and Daughter in 2002

Some advice on how the processing of I-130 works for married son and daughter application. This application was filed in 2002 at NSC but late in 2006 the application was moved to CSC. How long does this application takes to be approved? Did anyone get it approved recently for the same time period? Is there a possibility of getting it approved soon? How can we know when it will be approved? Suggestions and responses are very welcome.

What country were they born in?
Currently they are working on applications received in April 91 (Philippines born), July 92 (Mexico born), May 00 (All other countries).
