HELP!! I-130 from London
I am a US citizen currently in the Uk on HSMP visa and have recently filed a petition for my wife at the London, Uk office. My wife is an Indian citizen with me on HSMP dependant visa. We got married in India, first week of march 08.
My Questions:
- How much time does it take from a new I-130 being petition filed till actually getting a Green card? From London office.
- What kind of documents will we need to prepare and produce? When will all the documents be needed? Once we receive I-130 approval or at the time of an iterview?
- If the petitioner moves back to the States, while the petition is in process? or after I-130 has been approved, what impact will it have on the application?
