My lawyer says that I need to wait until the processing dates that appear on case status to fill in a form 485 and the EAD, but the Immigration letter says that I "should contact USCIS to fill in the form 485" It does not make sense to me to wait a year to fill form 485. Is that correct? lease help bacause my daughter is graduating from high school and needs to go to college.
