I-130 and I-485 concurrent filing - Where to file?

Hi,

Can we file I-130 and I-485 ( along with EAD and AP) to Chicago office?
We are in Virginia. Or DO we need to send I-130 to Chicago Office and I-485 to Norfolk ,VA office?
