Hi, I'm planning to get married with my fiance in Arlington next week and we have been bombed with issues and information about the immigration change of status process.
Some background I'm mexican she is a US citizen we have being dating for 3 years and got engaged in November 2012, I got admitted in the US with a B1/B2 visa and my allowed time to stay is gonna finish in February 28. So we plan to get married and file as soon as possible. We already live together and have some proof of that like share credit cards and bank accounts.
We are planning to fill the I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-864, I-693 and G-325A is there any other froms to be fill? Also we are planning a bigger ceremony in Mexico on July 6 2013, do you guys think I will have enough time to get the I-131 in order to travel to my own wedding?
