my wife and myself currently reside and are on the lease for state A
I will be setting up a business in State B. and my wife will move there after graduation. Hence I end up staying 2 to 3 weeks in State B because of all the leg work.
When we submit the I130 and I 485 we plan to use address of State A.
Now will this be an issue if I have to travel to State B often for extended periods of time ?
Secondly is there anyway for them to physically check that Im not in State A for a few weeks in the month ?
