i-130 and i-485 address question

hi all. i was wondering what address i put on the i130 and i-485 forms, also the medical form. As i entered the US on the VWP, have married and now am wanting to stay with my wife. Would i be putting my UK address on all forms, or would i put where i am currently staying with my wife at her address?

also how many passport pictures are needed in total? 5??

also if i havnt received my pending status before my i-94 is up (30th dec) do i have to leave the country?

1. the address where you are staying/can receive mail in the US (NOT UK address!)
2. What all are you applying for? Will depend on what all (AP, EAD etc) you are applying for?
3. once you have applied (i.e., NOA received) you SHOULD NOT leave the country (even if your I-94 expires). You are considered on AOS status (and legal) as far as USCIS is concerned.

so i should be putting the address here in the US on all forms?, unless its asking for my UK(foreign) address. Even though im not a resident here, or on the lease?

also with the NOA, what if i do not receive this before my i-94 time is up, but i have sent it in. i heard it takes 2 weeks to get a NOA after sending in the forms.
 
Can you receive mail at the address you are providing? This will be critical. If you cannot, then figure out a way to add your name to the lease (and mailbox). If you are filing for AOS you have to provide a US address (local), there is no alternative to it.

2-3 weeks for NOA is about right. You will technically be out of status, but for an AOS processing, that out of status will not affect you negatively (as regards your immigration processing). This is assuming that you are married to a US citizen.

The no. of passports, you can find it from the instructions on each of the forms (if I remember right, there is a total of 7 photos- 5 for the beneficiary, 2 for the petitioner: CHECK THIS AGAIN, I am not a 100% sure of this).
