I-130 and G325A

Hello

I have a question regarding G325A. Would I (beneficiary) need a police clearance certificate if I had stayed more than six months in the USA because I have to put all my addresses during past 5 years

I searched for this information but could not find a satisfactory answer. Any help would be appreciated.

Only if you are asked to via RFE, I believe.

Within the US, usually not is what I believe since they do the FBI check anyways.
