I-130 and Form G-325A

Along with I-130, I need to submit Form G-325A Biographic information - one for myself and one for my foreign wife. She needs to sign and date the form. Can she scan the form and email it to me? Or does she need to send it by postal mail? Also I am planning to submit Affidavits of my marriage as we just got married a couple of months ago. Can I submit a copy of Affidavit or do I need to submit original Affidavits?
