Hello.
I'm an asylee who recently become permanent resident and still eligible for I-730. In relationship with girl who are married to another asylee seeker, still pending case awaiting trial est. 2 more years. I plan to marry her but unsure about her status if I will be able to fill i-130 for her. She is planning to study in university, I have 80k income, and we can prove our marriage w/o any problems. How her prior marriage to asylum seeker will affect my I-130 petition. What is the chances of i-130 approval, and what to do if its denied?
