I 129 Visa approved - what is next?

I got my fiancee visa approved today.


1. Will she get a letter for interview in India or do we have to setup this interview for the same?

2. When she get the visa stamped - it is valid from the day issued for 90 days? or when she enters US the count of days starts... just confused.

Please help me with these questions.

1- as far as Im aware, the appropriate consulate in India will contact your fiance informing her of the date and time of the interview.

2- the visa will be valid for 6 months- the 90 days is what she is granted on her I-94 once she enters the US.
