Hello:
I am going to Toronto for my H1B stamping next week.
I have not received Supplement H or evidence showing that the proposed employment qualifies as a speciality occupation from my attroney.
Is it something that is required ?
One of my friend (works in a different company) got supplement H and cover letter to Classify him as a Speciality Occupation Worker (H1-B).
Early response will be appreciated.
