hi everybody,
i have a question with my work experience regarding i-129 petition and i-140 petition. actually, i have 11/2 years experience before coming to US. but in my i-129 petition for h1 (with company A), it was mistakenly printed as 21/2 years experience. till now i didnt observe it and even INS didnt observe my experience in i-129 petition and experience in employer letter and they approved it without any query. later i got another h1 with different company B (current employer) without any problem (they didnt mention any experience in i-129 petition)
but now if i apply for GC with company B (current employer) with my original experience, at the time of i-140 will INS cross check i-129 petition details of company A and i-140 petition details(because both will be approved by INS). if so, is there any problem? how to resolve this problem?
please help me if any of you come across this type of situation...
