Hi! I'm a H1 holder and right now at India. I went to chennai consulate for stampping. The Officer at the counter wanted to see my LCA and I-129 copies as on looking at my pay stubs she got a doubt whether the employer is paying as per LCA or not. I don't have those docs and got 221(g). i requested my employer and attorney. No one is responding properly. Employer also doesn't have a copy. I have my return tickets booked on 30th june and hv to rejoin my duties on 3rd July. Any one please advise how to proceed in this sistuation.
