I will be going to h1b stamping soon..(F1-OPT-h1)
I have all the documents and everything in order...except a small error in my I-129 supplement(under list of experiences....)
In my resume i had one experience as an internship for 3 months which I never worked and its been entered in I-129 supplement as I worked in my CPT (even though i never worked in my CPT and hence I never had a CPT..)
if they skim through my I-129 and somehow ask for my CPT..what would i say??
Shall I say that it was wrongly entered by my attorney and it was an honest mistake which i noticed it later..??
since i didnt work there, they cannot dig any details...
any other suggestions??
I hope they dont look in that detail in my I-129 supplement..but if they do..i must try to come up with some convincing answer
its just a 3 words which says i worked for x company(CPT)...
anybody has any thoughs on this??will this be serious..l
