In my I-129 extension by mistake "Is it the second extension..." in the "H1B Data Collection" addendum the reply was Yes. Because of this USCIS has returned the $1,500 fee.
As I understand, when you send I-129 Amended petition because this mistake, you have to resubmit all the paperwork as it was done for the original application. Only the I-129 is going to be different because now it will say "amended petition" and will have reference to the pending I-129. Am I right?
