Hi to everyone!
I just want to ask what is the next step to follow when this application was denied they say we sent you a letter explaining to you why is the reason and what are your option in the past i have sent 2 RFE and they receive it but they sent me an email telling me on 8-3-2009 they sent me another letter RFE but i didnt receive it i call them to know what happen but the officer told me he is gonna sent me a copy of the letter again i receive a letter with the date when i call them explain the reason for what i cal andl it say RFE letter not received like reason maybe because the letter get loss in the mail i lose my chance to sent the RFE on time thats why i get denied but i have the leter that they sent me like a prove that i haven't recive any letter asking me for RFE can somebody help me please sorry for my english
