I am gonna need you help about my case.
I am a permanent resident and me and my wife we apply for a green card for her.
Couple a days ago we received a Request for Evidence regarding some missing information at the i–130 form.
Here I will post the exact information from the notice:
Your Form I-130 petition is incomplete because Part 2, question 16 and Part 4, question 17 are missing. Per
the form instructions, the petitioner is required to fully complete the form.
Go to ……. for the latest version of the Form I-130 and fill out and complete the
missing fields. Please ensure all items are completed.
Please provide the missing information.
First Question: Do I need to complete the full form again,or I need to send blank one only with the request information filled in ???
Second Question: Can I submit the form online , or I need to send it over the mail ???
When we apply for a green card , we apply online all our documents, that’s why I am a little confused now is it possible to submit the missing information online, because at the notice says that the documents needs to be send to the exact address where they mentioned in the letter.
But on the other hand I can submit them online through the system because this option also is available.
