This is my friends predicament. She has a interview coming up soon for her conditional greencard through marriage through a US citizen, however her husband has been incarcerated for drug posession what is she to do? Will this affect her getting conditional residency? They still have a bona fide marriage, she goes nad visits him and goes to his court sessions and is there for him morally. What are her chances.
