My husband is a green card holder and is going to file for his citizenship in July. I have a B1/B2 visa and can travel to the US for short visits. Is there any way I can start the processing of my papers in the mean time? Do I have to wait for his citizenship to do it? How soon after he files the papers for my visa can I travel to be with him?
