Here is my situation, I work in company 'A' which was formed by three partners, one of the parter (Adam) had another company(company 'B') with one or two employes. Recently company 'A' restructured it self, buying out Adam. As a part of package Adam got half of company 'A' products and 2 of its employees (one was me).
Now I dont know what will this scene be called ?? a split, a break off.. or simply me being hired by a new company?? How does this mess affect me? I know that I have a 6 years stay period, will this affect this?? Will I have to apply for a visa transfer ?? Please Help
