Hurray, Feb 05,2002 cast got RFE

In rupnet today one case from Feb 05,2002 got RFE, I think this is the first case got changed in Feb 2002 cases.

Is it good news for us?

I can understand your enthusiasm. I felt the same kind of joy when they started working on the December cases. But the point is, what's the use of just issuing RFEs and not acting upon them after that.

When somebody said the same thing to me a couple months ago, I argued that my case is atleast touched and I am sure you have a similar argument but believe me just 'Touching' is more painful than not touching at all.

These are all

different levels of frustation, I can understand that,
If you tell a person who not yet filed his 485, he will say he don't care after filing 485. He says atleast you guys are safer.

Feb's 2nd RFE

Looks like they are re-allocating resources back to 485. Feb's got a second RFE!!
 
Friend -- RD 23 jan 2002 Got RFE

My Friend whose RD is 23 jan 2002 Got RFE last friday....

RFE is for Employment verification and Birth Certificate
