First, my sincere thanks to Rajiv Khanna and all the members of the immigrationportal community...this site had been my lifeline for the past 4 years. We shared the euphoria of the people who got approved and the frustration of the people waiting to be approved over these years. Let up quite a few opportunities in pursuit of this day...but I think it is still worth it.

Here are my details: EB3/MA/Same Employer/EAC02207*****
Labor Applied: May 1999
Labor Approved: Jun 2001 (After an RFE on my experience being less than 2 years)
I-140 Applied: Jul 2001
I-140 Approved: Nov 2001 (After an RFE on Educational Qualification)
I-485 Applied: RD Jun 03 2002, ND Jun 05 2002 ( Delayed as I was stupid to believe my application will be approved before I got married )
FP1: 08/01/2002 Got Wife's I-765 1 at Boston ASC walk-in.
I-765 1: Applied Apr 2003 Approved May 2003 (Myself)
I-765 2: Applied Jan 2004 Approved May 2004 (Myself)
I-765 2: Applied Apr 2003 Approved May 2003 (Wife)
I-765 3: Applied Feb 2004 Approved Jun 16 2004 (Wife)
FP2: 03/31/2004
Called NSCS on Jun 17th and vented my frustration with the online system ( not reflecting the FP status)..Try it but I think it did not matter..the lady on the other side was as hapless as me.
I-485 Approved: Jun 24th 2004

I strongly believe my wife's EAD was responsible for our approvals. The last updated date never changed after FP2.

Wish all brethren good luck...believe me good days lie ahead for all those waiting. USCIS is just waking up from a long slumber...thanks to all your efforts.
