Ok so Im of Canadian citizenship and my wife is American. To get right to the point. Our I-131 was approved in Nov 04. Now during the summer we had some problems and we were looking into getting seperated so we decided that she would write a letter to stop the processing. Letter was mailed in June of 05. Now we have gotten back together and in Sept she had written a letter to the Vermont Svc Center indicating that we would like to reinstate the process. We received a letter back indicating that our request was revoked. I need a phone # so I can atleast try and gte some information as to if we have to start the process all over again or what. Now I am in Canada and there are certain #'s that I cannot call due to the fact that you have to be in the USA.
Does anyone know if we will have start from the begining again, fees, paperwork and so on?
