I am a new member here and am quite surprised with the activity on the forums here.

I used the above-mentioned URL and saw my company's case, and was surprised to see that the salary level mentioned there is about 4K less than the prevailing wage listed in the table.

Being a Master's and working as a software consultant, I am hoping that 4K on about 75K salary/prevailing wage is not an issue.

Should I be concerned? My lawyer did in fact ask my boss to raise my salary to a certain level - so I assumed that it is in line with the requirements. But it looks like it is not.

Should I call my lawyer? Or is it too late now, and I just need to wait and hope that there is a no denial?

Keep in mind "Typo Error", if it is. Wait SESA/DOL will raise query.

In case of H1B, Your salary can be 95% of Prevailing wages. It is clearly written on the LCA issued here in Texas. That might be true GC Labor also. That is the reason your employer might have put that amount.
