Hi Guys:
I have been hearing lately that the HR 539 that was introduced on the floor in Feb 2003 may get passed as a bill very soon.
Has anyone heard anything on these lines.
HR 539 - allowing spouses of GC holders to get EAD and travel documents ASAP without the 5-6 year current time wait.
