If the priority Dates are not current but if they completed processing the case, then in that case do they send any approval notice stating your case is approved but green card will be issued only after your PD become current.
In other words can they complete the approval process with the notion that GC will be issued only after the PD becomes current ? If so how do they notify us. How Do I know that my process is completed and is just waiting on Priority Dates ?
