howto get sponsor?

hello all
i am granted withholding of removal before ij but he denied my asylum. after i appel before bia my appeal was dismiss .i steal have my withholding of removal (because i applied for my renowal my work autorization and i get it after my biometric without paying any fee just with copy of ij decission thanks good)
after my appeal was dismiss my lowyer told me the only thing i need to get adjusted my case is to get sponsor

my question is
what kinds of sponsors exist?( geting work? geting home?........)
can i sponsor myself? how?
