How's this possible? Sep 2002 RD approved?

HEre is something weired I found on the tracker page of this forum while browsing the Oct 2002 tracker.

My I-485 status, I still feel that I am dreaming...

EAC-02-295-xxxxx:

Receipt Date: 9/27/2002
Priority Date: 11/15/2000
Approval Date: 7/24/2003

How's this possible? Does the PD has to do anything with this one?
 
It's not unusual. Lots of ppl can't remember it's 2001 or 2002 or 2003. I have seen many ppl made that kind of mistake. The whole
process of 485 takes so long, how can you remember it's in 2000 or 2001 or 2002 you received the 485 notice. It's all VSC fault.
 
Could be a derivative applicant who has been added later but approved along with the primary applicant whose date is sometime around Jan-02
