How: Write to escalate case first lady?

Hi,

I been waiting ...although my PD is not current. But during the July 2007- sept 2007 lucky period, 99 % of the guys of my employer got GC . I just got FP. Wrote to congress men, and senator... they insent me a letter (they are looking into it.. being processed...blah blah). My namecheck is done, as per congressmen.

Will it help escalating to Ombudsman?
Will it help esclatalting to First lady? Any format/docuemnt/address to mail...

I see lots of EB2 cases being approved these days.. but i got filed in EB3, due to my employer not ready to do in EB2...What can i do.

Usually the NC is the big hurdle. Since you seem to have cleared that and your PD is not yet current, I don't see what you can do but wait.
