How will you get to know if your 140 has been revoked by the employer

Suppose your 140 has been approved and your 485 is pending because of retrogression, and your employer decides to revoke your 140 and use it for another employee. How would you get to know if the 140 is revoked?
Would USCIS deny your 485 application and send a denial notice upon 140 revocation, even though your 485 file is not ready for adjudication?
