How will my case be processed?

Dear friends,

Given the following, how will my I140/485 be processed?

These are the details of my I140/I485:

1st AP: RD 10/20/03 ND 10/21/03 AD 03/01/04
I140/I485: RD 10/20/03 ND 10/21/03
1st I765: RD 10/20/03 ND 10/21/03 AD 12/29/03
FP: 03/06/2004 I485 LUD 03/12/04
2nd I765: RD 08/16/04 ND 08/17/04 AD 09/03/04
2nd I131: Sent to USCIS (Don't have the receipt yet)

I got married in June 2004, after my FP and we applied for my wife's 485/AP/EAD, details as below:

AP: RD Don't Know AD Don't know AD 08/25/04
I485: RD 08/16/04 ND 08/17/04
I765: RD 08/16/04 ND 08/17/04 AD 09/06/04

Are they going to process mine only when my wife's application is ready to be processed? My attorney says mine should be processed first. But, there are a few of approvals after my date and I'm worried that my I140/485 might be held because of my wife's application. She hasn't received her finger printing notice yet.

What I learnt from this forum is, spouse's PD/ND is based on primary's PD/ND, and usually are processed altogether by primary PD/ND. I did see many cases were processed separately, but I think they were exception. While, assume spouse applied I485 one month before primary's appoval, it is very clear spouse's case will be processed separately.
 
So, you're saying mine will be processed based on my I140/I485 RD of 10/21/03 and won't be delayed till my spouse's 485 is ready to be processed, is this correct?

Is there anyone in the forum in the same situation (not filed together) and have their 485 approved and waiting on spouse's approval?

Even MY RD is 10/ 21/2003 and ND is 10/23/2003 for 40 and 485. (EB2 RIR)

FP done and Recd on Dec 29 2003.

We will keep in touch for further actions
