How Weird is VSC (Gurus need help plz)

My EAD got approved on March 27th and online status says cards are mailed to me on April 2nd.

I waited for 2 weeks after that and called as i did not receive the cards, IIO told me that there is a backlog mailing the cards. Asked me to wait for a month. I called again after a week and then someother IIO told me that cards are actually mailed on April2nd. When i mentioed about the conversation that i had earlier , she said "as of now it shows that we mailed the cards on april2nd and they are not returned back".

How come they themselves contradict what each other say. I havent received any cards yet??

Gurus can anyone help me?? Is there a way that i can get the cards.
 
This has happened to me earlier.....because of some typo error made by the rep at VSC. My Card was sent to some other address.. and returned back to VSC as address not found.
Fortunately, that address wasn't existing, else..i would have landed in more trouble.

Call them back..talk with patience and check your address again with them.
 
Immi_indi thanks for the info. How many days it took for the INS to get back the cards when undeliverable?

Buddy first thing first...
write your name and address on your mail box. And inform your local post office that your name is so and so and you live in this address and you are expecting some kind of letter from BCIS.

They returned my spouse eAD for not having the name on the mailbox and it took about 1 month to go back , re mail and I recieve. It was pain believe me.
 
same RFE

Hi parshu,
I saw your post ih this same thread of I-140 RFE asking for company able to pay. Does the BCIS needs company tax papers or any other kind of financial statements. I had same RFE like you for asking education evaluation, memos and comapny's ability to pay.

My lawyer does not say what documents he puts usually. The reason for not having a good transparency, is cos My company head office is in Chicago, I am in NY and lawyer is in somehwere else..
SO frankly he did not give me any details..He told me the RFE so I asked him what all documents required. He told me what I need to get (Memos etc) and said other stuff is not related to me and is related to the comapny and he will work out with company.

So the answer is I dont know what he put for the COmpany financials.
