MY case is still inlabour and filled from verjinia in 2002.That is the only information I knew abot my case.My layour won't tell me any thing because it is companies polocy.I want to find out depending on my experience I fall in which catogiry because my layour won't even tell that too.

Well even if you qualify for EB2 - your case may still be an EB3. You may think you are RIR even then you maybe in regular queue. Post in LC section of portal and people maybe able to guide you better.

I would say try calling VA SESA. Sometimes it helps.
