My apologies for posting this message at this forum.
I am a Green Card Holder and have my company. There are two layers of miidle man with me and end client. My company have contract with company B and then Compnay B have contract with company A , which is the preferred vendor of the end client. The end client wants to hire me but there is hiring freeze with the end client.
Now Vendor A has told me that he can sign the contract with me by passing company B. My company have a Non compete with company B. That clearly indicates that I can not join the company A for 12 months after completion of project.
Is this going to create any problems ??
