Many EB-3s have developed anxiety over the time they will wait. I am one of them too. Anyone please tell how the system works to assign the visa numbers? I just can't get a total picture of it. Does USCIS give the unused visas to the people from Philippine, India and China at the end of a fiscal year? How long this wait gonna be? How PERM and accelerated Labor Certificate affect this?
