How Trained are the IIOs

I called vsc today for finding out the status of my 140 application. The IIO that i spoke with told me that my case is pending. When asked if it is assigned to anyone, she said they are processing cases as of July1st. I told her that my case is EB3 and that vsc is processing cases as of AUG 12th as per the bcis web site , she said she had a sheet that says they are processing applications as of July 1st.

I have no idea as to what is going on with vsc or the IIO that i spoke with.
 
My attorney called some time before they asked him to callback if not approved within 20 days. This is the third time since Jan I getting this kind of answer. These people are trained to tell some answers such a way that you should disconnect. They remind of Indian Politicians and Fake promises

Some more experienced in 140 cases, some not. Its different every time. My law firm (one that deals with big 4 accounting firm petitions) have almost a dedicated IIO who answers most of the questions due to the volume of applications this law firm forwards to the BCIS/INS
