Recently got a RFE for my NIW application (CSC, Submitted in early March 2003 and got RFE at the end of the same month). In the RFE letter, CSC asked for future plan. Anybody has any idea about that? Is it like a 2-page plan or proposal format (longer one)? It also asked for HIGH LEVEL governmental recommendation letters, most likely it required federal government agencies' support, such as DOE, DOD etc.. Do you guys think letters from Head of State Commission will help? How about letters from governmental officials at County level? Thanks a lot,
