Me and my wife got married in Nov 06. I filed the I-485 after the marriage, including my wife as the spouse. We are filing for divorce now as I caught her having an affair. We filed for the divorce in April, which means it will not be effective until Oct. I want to withdraw my wife's I-485. How can I do that? Please advise. Thanks.

I don't think you can withdraw her petition till the divorce decree comes through. If you happen to get gc before divorce decree is final she will also get it. Best person to answer would be an attorney who has knowledge about immigration & family laws.
