I need advices from your guys. I was primary beneficiary under my AOS case sponsored by my employer and my husband was my dependant under this case in 2003
Later, my husband’s employer also filed a LC ( approved), I140 (approved) and consulate process for him. He received I-824 receipt notice from NSC in June, 04. He then was been laid off in July, but his employer does not withdraw his I-824 for now.
Two weeks ago, my AOS case was approved and we both had our passport stamped. Now he is going to withdraw I-824 case since he has become Permanent resident already. Could you give us some advice how to withdraw I-824. Is there a letter format available. What address at NSC do we need to send the withdraw letter to? Great appreciate your advice.
