I got a RFE for my NIW I-140 two months ago. Since my another I-140(EB1) had been approved and my I-485 was based on EB1, I have decided to withdraw the NIW case rather than replying to the RFE.
I am writing a letter to USCIS requesting a withdraw. Should I attach the RFE with my letter? What else should I pay attention to?
