How to wake NSC from deep slumber ??

Is there any way, we can make NSC realize that, they are lit-ter-ally f********p our lives ???

4 Approvals from VSC so-far today and none from NSC,
not even bothering to re-visit the already opened cases,
like many of us has many LUD recently .....

Yep, still waiting for I-140/485.

PD - 06-2003
I-140/485 - ND - 01-2004
FP1 - 05-2004
LUD on I-140 - 12/6, 12/7. 12/8, 12/9 and then stopped
LUD on I-485 - 12/08,12/09,12/10 and then stopped
Spouse I-485 - 12/09,12/10 and then stoppped.

Any predictions/comments/concerns ???

Just curios to know that did u file any EAD/AP reneweals or H1/H4 extensions recently? My LC, I-140/I-485, FP, LUD on I-140/I-485 dates are almost same as ur dates(see my signature). We have our H1/H4 extn.s filed with TSC and those are also still in pending state. As u rightly said it is very frustating to wait after the LUD changes on our I-140/485 a week back particularly in view of the PD retrogression starting from 01/01/05.

"come2papagc" and "kvrp" are there any news in your on line status?? It looks like they are working on the adjudication of your i140/i485. Fingers crossed.

Thank for the encouraging words. No Luck, yet !! There are no changes in online status messages for I-140/485.
No LUD changes on I-140/485 since 12/10/04
Still crossing my fingers and hoping for the best to happen right before 12/31/04, otherwise i need to travel a looooooooong way tunnel in deep dark for several years(??) in wake of the PD regtrogression starting from 01/01/2005.
