Does anyone know a website(document) to verify the H1b laws?
Specifically: Where can I Verify that I can apply 6 months in advance for my 7th yr. H1B?
Did not find anything at USCIS.gov.
Look at this link bottom of the page. A lot of these regs apply to the American Competitiveness in the 21st Century Act. It was put into effect I think in the 106th Congress under Clinton. http://www.immihelp.com/visas/h1b/beyond6.html
