Will LUD affect Transferred cases?

OR Does SRC number mean anything once your case is transferred to local office ?

I field for AR-11 and then sent a certified mail ( and my attorney too) giving the Changed address to the DC local office.
How do I verify if they have updated the change ?
Anyone knows ?

call 1-800-375- LATE BCIS customer service line and tell them about the change of address. you will get confirmation from them.

Recently I changed my address, they sent a letter saying they changed my addreess for the following pending cases.

You call USCIS Customer Service # and tell them you moved to different city ask them to change in the address. If you are changing your wife she also with you while calling USCIS #. They will ask her authorization for the change.

All the best.

BaSh. ;)

Tammy2, Bash for Xferred case it works differently.
I already had called the 800 number.
since the case is now at local juridication , the change of address is not handled by 800 number.

I was wondering if any with a transferred case had a change of address and their experience.

I had no luck in getting address changed on transfered case. Mailed address change to district office, call national center a few times, filed AR-11 a few times, no luck. Interview still scheduled at the old address local office.

So, we flew to the state where the interview is scheduled. Luckily, the company my husband works has a software branch there, so the interview thought he works in that branch. If not, I think our case will be transfered for 2nd time instead of being approved.

My current employer also has offices in VA but the transfered case is of my wife. Her case is transferred on 07/07/04 to DC local office.
I amd the primary applicant & am approved.
She actually has her 3rd EAD but has never used them.

I'm with Texas Service Center, case transfered to FL Miami District after we moved to NC. The transfer and interview notices were sent to our former attorney in FL and forwarded to us.
