How to verify a company's 140 record

If I want to join a company and want to know if 140's are getting approved or not, how do I verify ?

I know there are numbers to call for labor processing. Is there a similiar thing for 140's ?

It is a very good question indeed. I know about tracking all of applied labor of a company, just wondering if anything of that nature is available for I140 too.
